The mission of the Global Youth Summit in Barbados is to bring together emerging young leaders from diverse countries, cultures, and communities for a transformative experience centered on leadership development, global collaboration, cultural exchange, innovation, and service. Hosted in Barbados, the summit will provide a welcoming international platform where young people can share their perspectives, learn from one another, strengthen their voices, and recognize their ability to influence the future of their communities and the wider world.

Through interactive workshops, panel discussions, cultural activities, team-based challenges, presentations, mentorship, and community engagement, participants will develop practical skills in communication, critical thinking, problem-solving, teamwork, public speaking, project development, and ethical decision-making. The summit will encourage young people to examine important global issues—including education, sustainability, climate resilience, food security, responsible agriculture, entrepreneurship, cultural preservation, technology, and social development—and work collaboratively to design realistic, youth-led solutions.

The summit’s mission is also to create meaningful connections among young people from Barbados, the Caribbean, Africa, the United States, and other parts of the world.
